Hi! It has been way too long since my last post. This past month flew by so quickly and that’s probably because it was such a busy one. Last month marked the end of The Fall Fitness & Nutrition Challenge. I  was so impressed with everyone’s hard work and dedication. I also love that some of the participants are continuing on their healthy living journey even after the challenge has ended. They are such an inspiration to me.

Can you believe we are already in the month of November? It is crazy to me! I love November for so many reasons. I love the cooler weather, pumpkin recipes, the beautiful leaves, Thanksgiving, and knowing that Christmas season is approaching!

There were so many times I wanted to post here last month, but to be honest I was having major “writer’s block”. Although I had a lot going on, I felt that I didn’t have a lot of interesting stuff to write about. I once read somewhere that if you want to be a good blogger, then you shouldn’t publish a post just for the sake of updating your blog. Instead, take a break until you have something meaningful to post. Quality over quantity. Makes sense. So here I am posting…hopefully you’ll find it meaningful. Smile

Today, I spent time in the kitchen trying out some new recipes. I will be posting them this week! I also did a great HIIT & Strength Workout that I wanted to share with you today!

For this workout, all you’ll need is a timer and dumbbells (or just your body weight if you’re a beginner). You can do this right in the comfort of your own home! Be sure to cool down and stretch when you are finished. Also, be sure to check with your doctor before making any fitness changes. Enjoy!
