Caprese Pinwheels

Servings: about 8 (depending on how thick you slice them) Nutrition stats are for 1 pinwheel.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make 8 pinwheels:

  • 12 oz. Unwrap & Roll fresh mozzarella cheese (I used Bel Gioioso brand)
  • 2 small (or 1 medium) tomatoes; sliced
  • fresh basil (enough to place 1 leaf on top of each tomato slice)

Unroll the mozzarella. Top with tomato slices & basil.

Cut into slices. They can come unrolled very easily, so I’d recommend securing them with a toothpick. Enjoy!

This recipe is not my own. I was shopping for some fresh mozzarella and came across the Unwrap & Roll cheese (I had never seen this kind before). This recipe was right on the package.
